What we collect

We collect the email address, billing details and connection data needed to activate and support your subscription. We do not sell personal data to third parties.

How we use it

Your data is used to deliver the service, process payments, prevent fraud and respond to support requests. Aggregated, non-identifying statistics help us size our servers.

Retention

Account and billing records are kept for the duration of your subscription and for the period required by Canadian tax law. Connection logs are deleted after 30 days.

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at support@canadazon.ca. We answer within 30 days.
