Refund policy

7-day window

You may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase if a technical problem prevents you from using the service and our support team cannot resolve it.

Before requesting

Contact support first. Most issues are network or player configuration and are fixed in a few minutes. Refunds require at least one support exchange.

Exclusions

No refund is issued for insufficient internet bandwidth, incompatible hardware, account sharing, or requests made after the 7-day window.

Processing

Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
